Breakfasts at my place are normally an overnight raw oats bowl or a 4 ingredient proghurt bowl, but lately I've been sleeping in and forgetting to prep my breakie. Which means I only have time to brush my teeth, change, and feed the dogs before rushing out the door, so I'm left hungry on my hour long drive to work.

So when I tried Table of Plenty's new Nourish and Go range I was happy that I could just throw them in my bag without any mess and they came in 3 delicious flavours: Banana & Mango, Mixed berry & Coconut milk (vegan friendly), and Apple & Cinnamon. I also love that they have a thick smoothie like texture, are made with all natural ingredients and are #refinedsugarfree (which I'm a huge fan of). My personal favourite? Has to be the banana & mango because it reminds me of one of my fave tropical smoothies that I have every summer. 

If you're like me and you need something quick, this is definitely an anytime, on the go, pre or post gym snack for adults, and not just for kiddies.
