My new obsession: 5 ingredient Proghurt

If I'm not downing poached eggs at a Melbourne cafe on the weekend, I'm most likely downing my new obsession...proghurt! 

What is proghurt? Protein + yoghurt = proghurt. And it's probably one of the quickest, easiest and delicious breakfasts that's packed full of protein that you could have. The base is those 2 ingredients but you could easily top it with anything you like, whether its fruit, nuts, granola or you could even top it with a chocolate bar if you're feeling naughty. =P

Today's 5 ingredient Proghurt is one of my favourite combos.

Ingredients:

-170g Chobani plain greek yoghurt (vegan option: use coconut yoghurt)

-1/2scoop (15g) Womensbest Vanilla whey protein (vegan option: use pea protein)

-1tbs Chia seeds

-1/4cup Blueberries

-2tsp Mingle Stella Topping (if you don't have this, use cacao/coconut shavings)

Method:

-Mix yoghurt with protein and chia seeds

-Top with blueberries, mingle stella and enjoy.

-It's that easy!
