Quick & Easy 4 ingredient proghurt snack

I'm bringing back one of my favourite breakie's, which also works as a great snack and dessert! PROGHURT, aka protein yoghurt. 

It's super quick and easy, you could have it on the go or at home and it's macro friendly. It's got a good amount of carbs, fats and proteins, it's refined sugar free as well as gluten free too.

All you need are these 4 ingredients:

-170g YoPro Vanilla yoghurt (if you can't find this yoghurt, use plain greek yoghurt and add 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein)

-3-4 strawberries cut into halves.

-1/4 cup blueberries

-1 whole Square Organics protein chocolate salt crisp bar. (Feel free to use the discount code: Thefitnessfootfiend for 20% all square organics bars)

You can easily add other toppings but this is definitely a delicious combo.
